TIPS

If you're doing everything right, why still can't make a smoothie?
Set the freezer to at least -10°C/14°F or lower and leave the cup there for a few hours or overnight to ensure it's completely frozen. It must be solid or almost solid when taking out the cup;
Added beverage juices must be cold, otherwise there may be no real effect.
